Wes Hamilton, the founder of Disabled, But Not Really, demonstrates different cardio and arm exercises he uses as a wheelchair user.
The first exercise Wes shows is propelling a stationary hand bike.
Next, Wes pushes his wheelchair up and down a basketball court.
Then, Wes uses a pull-down cable machine.
The last exercise Wes shows is using free weights. He lifts them over his head, extends his arms out front of his body, and side to side.
