Job seekers will find open job postings along with fantastic resources, training, and options to connect with a career mentor. Those who are employed have an opportunity to become a mentor and support jobseekers through their career journey.

James Fanous serves as the COO and Co-Founder of JobPath, the nation’s most robust workforce development platform used by employers to hire qualified candidates from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) community. Established in 2013, JobPath offers companies and jobseekers a complete suite of employment tools. The company also provides its robust suite of employment tools to community leaders and government agencies through licensed platforms that are aimed at supporting their clients’ needs. Across their network of licensed platforms utilizing their software, JobPath has over 200,000 veterans, military spouses, formerly incarcerated individuals, and people with disabilities accessing the site, and 24,000 new users utilizing the platform every month.
In addition, James is the Co-Founder and COO of GI Go Fund, a nonprofit which provides military veterans, family members, and other populations with job training and employment opportunities, as well as access to healthcare, benefits assistance, and connections to housing. James has helped the organization grow to prominence nationwide as a leader in providing the best services to veterans and their loved ones.
James holds a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University, and has provided expert knowledge regarding legal and veteran issues since he began in the space in 2006.
