PAM Specialty Hospital of Denver

PAM Specialty Hospital of Denver is a long term acute care hospital situated minutes from downtown Denver.  We have a nationally recognized wound care program and are committed to serving the needs of the Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) community.

The goal of Post Acute Medical’s Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Program is to help patients develop those skills necessary for independent living in their home and community.

A spinal cord injury occurs when there is damage to the spinal cord tissue. While it is often caused by trauma to the spinal column, sometimes the cause can be tumors or other underlying diagnoses. Regardless of the cause, a variety of symptoms can result. Some symptoms are temporary, while some are more severe and permanent.
