Wheelin’ Together with United Spinal of Tennessee
Welcome to Wheelin’ Together with United Spinal of Tennessee: “Life rolls on… Come roll with us”, a monthly beacon of camaraderie, education, and empowerment for individuals navigating life with paralysis. Each gathering is an opportunity to connect with peers, learn from experienced professionals, and engage in meaningful discussions tailored to enhance your health, wellness, and independence.
Where and When:
Our support group meets in the friendly confines of the Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehabilitation Hospital’s Kirshner classroom, 3rd floor. We convene on the last Thursday of the month* at 4 PM. Click here to sign up for this group.
*Holidays may change the day.
What We Offer:
Peer Support: Share your journey and learn from the experiences of others who understand the unique challenges and triumphs of living with paralysis.
Educational Workshops: Participate in expert-led sessions covering a range of topics from health and wellness to the latest in adaptive technologies and accessibility.
Community Building: Forge lasting friendships and support networks at our various social events and community outings.
Advocacy: Empower yourself with knowledge on rights and advocacy, gaining the tools to become a proactive member of the community.
Why You Should Join:
