Lesly St.Louis is United Spinal’s director of the Pathways to Employment program. He has made a career out of teaching people with disabilities how to overcome barriers to employment and strives every day to advocate for individuals with disabilities to restore dignity through productivity.

Joshua Basile is a United Spinal board member and is a C4-5 quadriplegic. Joshua founded both the Determined2Heal foundation and SPINALpedia.com. He has mentored over 1500 families impacted by a spinal cord injury. He is a seasoned disability rights advocate and practicing medical malpractice attorney.
