By using the raising and lowering functions on his bed, he positions himself lying flat. He has a bar installed over his bed with awesome loops that allow him to pull himself back up to a seated position. The transfer takes about 7 minutes, but the video is sped up to 1:22 to show the whole process, showing each step until he’s seated and adjusted in his power chair.
