Peer support provides a resource network and promotes independent living as well as vocational and education success to the level that is obtainable. It can be peer to peer or caregiver to caregiver. It allows people with similar experience to better relate, provide insight, offer empathy and provide coping strategies. All are welcome to join in the opportunity to listen and share your expertise, knowledge, thoughts and/or questions with others living with a spinal cord injury in a friendly and supportive environment.
