This collaboration brings together a broad community of individuals impacted by mobility impairment on a shared platform—the MARC Network app. By uniting our efforts, we can offer each other greater support, inspiration, and resources, amplifying our collective message for change.
How the MARC Network Benefits United Spinal Members
The MARC Network is a free mobile app and online community dedicated to serving over 60 million Americans with mobility impairments. Here’s how the platform is making an impact:
- Community Feed and Discussion Groups: A safe, positive space to share challenges and triumphs, seek advice, and connect with others navigating similar experiences.
- Events: Stay informed about upcoming in-person and virtual events tailored to the community’s interests, with the ability to register and participate directly through the app.
- Resource Directory: Access a comprehensive directory of foundations, products, and services, complete with ratings, reviews, videos, and website links to help you find the best resources.
- MARC TV: Discover an extensive library of inspirational and educational videos featuring community members who have overcome challenges and are making a difference. Soon, the platform will also feature live-streamed adaptive sporting events and other hard-to-find programming.
And that’s just the beginning! The 2025 roadmap includes plans to introduce gamification, allowing active community members to earn points through active participation and community contributions. These points will be redeemable for product discounts and giveaways.
