National Disability Employment Awareness Month: Meet the Recruiter

Northwell Health is a nonprofit integrated healthcare network that is New York State’s largest healthcare provider and private employer, with more than 79,000 employees in 2022. 

Special Guest: Brianna O’Shaughnessy, Talent Acquisition Specialist 
Briana began her career at Northwell Health in May 2016 as a Corporate Human Resource Intern after graduating from SUNY Cortland where she majored in Community Health and minored in Sociology. She then accepted a position through FlexStaff as an Administrative Support Associate. In November 2016, Briana became a permanent member of the Northwell Health team as a Coordinator, Workforce Readiness throughout years of growth and development held a few titles within the department working in the campus recruitment space. Recently, Briana transferred over to Talent Acquisition where she is actively recruiting for positions to support the CEMS and Pharmacy worlds.
