NTI@Home is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering individuals with disabilities free training, mentoring, and work-at-home job-placement services across the United States. NTI@Home has partnered nationwide with public and private companies as well as government agencies to provide jobs within the call center, customer service, and IT help desk industries.
Once you complete the free NTI@Home online training with a passing grade, you can apply for call center jobs with Amazon, John Hancock, the IRS, AAA/VForce, and our other employer partners. These are customer service jobs you do from home.
As soon as you register, you’ll be sent an email asking you to call us. We then assign you an eMentor. This personal guide will be available to you all through your NTI training, and after you begin a job.
Once you’ve completed your training and updated your resume (your eMentor can help with this), you’re ready to apply for a work-at-home job. Don’t worry–we’ve got your back.
NTI is funded by government programs, so our training is free to you. If you receive a job offer from one of our partners, that employer will pay you during your on-the-job-training.
